    DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration to boiler chickens from hatch to 6 weeks of age. WARNING: Do not feed to replacement or laying chickens. CAUTION: Directions for use must be carefully followed. Do not allow dogs, horses, other equines, or guinea fowl access to formulations containing monensin. Ingestion of monensin by these species has been fatal. Poultry consuming monensin should not be treated with products containing tiamulin. Severe growth depression may occur.

    This feed contains added selenium at 0.30 mg/kg. Medicated with 100mg/kg (0.01%) Monensin Sodium, as an aid in prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria necatrix, E. tenella, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mitis, and E. maxima in broiler chickens.

    Store in a dry, well-ventilated location free from rodents and insects.
