Your Absolute H2O UV system is engineered, tested, and certified as a COMPLETE unit including the lamp.

You must use the compatible H2O UV system lamp, otherwise you risk the chance that disinfection will not take place.

Using a lamp other than the one designed for your system voids all system certifications, such as electrical certifications. UV lamps are engineered to last for 9000 hours, which means they generally need to be replaced annually.

Even though the lamp may still illuminate after that time, it is not generating sufficient UVC energy to properly disinfect your water.

UV lamp compatible with UV-10 and IHS-10 UV systems.
